W. Anderson Bishop, CPA,is Executive Vice-President and Principal of The SEC Institute, where for the past 17 years he has taught over 16,000 professionals. The quintessential teacher of basic SEC reporting skills, he is a favorite with our participants. Formerly CFO and a director of a public company, Andy also spent 15 years with Price Waterhouse, where he guided many companies with their public offerings and subsequent periodic SEC filings. Andy’s brilliant teaching skills, public accounting and industry experience have enabled him to earn top ratings at The SEC Institute’s workshops.
